This website is operated by Worldwide Apartments.co.uk (London) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with its office in Richmond, London. By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

We are an accommodation specialist. We list hand-picked holiday apartments and villas owned by the homeowners and resorts we work with, and we help you book them. The property owner remains responsible for the stay itself.

When you book, the amount you pay is held in trust and only released to the property once you have travelled. Your booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation. Please check the details carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Prices are shown per night in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise, and we can confirm the equivalent in pounds on request. Any booking or service fees are shown clearly before you confirm.

Cancellations are covered by our Cancellation Policy. Bookings made through other platforms follow that platform’s own policy.

You agree to provide accurate booking details, to respect the property and any house rules, and to ensure everyone in your party does the same. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.

We take care to describe each property accurately, but we are not liable for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
