Cancellation Policy

Bookings made directly with us

Book with confidence: you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date for a full refund. Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival, or booked on a non-refundable rate at the time of booking, are not refundable. Any non-refundable rate is always clearly marked before you confirm.

Bookings made through other platforms

If your stay was booked through another platform, that platform’s cancellation policy applies, which may require more notice (often seven days or more). Check your booking confirmation for the exact terms.

How to cancel

To cancel or change a booking, email us at info@worldwideapartments.co.uk with your booking reference and we will confirm the next steps and any refund due.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Because your money is held in trust until you travel, eligible refunds are straightforward to process.
